I reviewed a number of photos of the 2017 Dutchmen Aspen Trail 2390RK tandem axle travel trailer and saw none with an OEM rear ladder. It is important that an exterior ladder such as the Stromberg Carlson # LA-401BA be installed at points where there are structural members under the trailer's outer skin. Ladders like this must be installed at suitable points on the trailer that provide the necessary strength to support the load on it.

If your trailer has/had a ladder that you want to replace then you will want to use those original mounting points. If the trailer did not come from the factory with a rear exterior ladder I suggest checking with Dutchmen (using your trailer's specific VIN) so that they can offer you guidance as to appropriate mounting points, unless you can find suitable frame structures on your own to allow mounting it.
