Which direction does the small shaft turn to lengthen this landing gear leg? Thanks

If you were standing directly in front of the Replacement Follow Jack part # LG-179014 then you would want to turn the shaft clockwise to extend the leg and counterclockwise to retract the leg. I have attached a photo which may be more clear for you as well.
