Will the Thule Pulse Large Cargo Box Fit a 2017 Toyota 4Runner with Factory Roof Rack

Do I need thule crossbars or are the factory ones that i have going to work. Thaks

The issue is that on the 2017 Toyota 4Runner there is not enough space between the top of the roof and the bottom of the crossbars for most cargo boxes to fit. Thule shows only the Sidekick # TH682 as a fit since it uses U-bolt hardware that you can install despite the limited clearance.
To use a larger box you would need to install Thule square bar roof rack using EVO feet # TH710401 and 47 inch bars # TH712200.
