Can Ventline Vanair Trailer Roof Vent Be Installed on Wall

Can this vent be mounted on a wall instead of the roof? Thanks

While the Ventline Vanair Trailer Roof Vent # VP-543SP that you referenced is designed for use on trailer roofs, there's no particular reason that it couldn't be installed on a wall instead. You may just not get the type of circulation that mounting the vent and 12V fan to to a ceiling would provide.
The vent requires a 6-1/4 inch diameter rough opening. I have attached a short video demonstration on this vent that you can also check out.
