The Draw-Tite Class II Receiver, part # 36425 includes all the hardware necessary for installation. The bolt leader or fish wire is not included and is available separately as part # 80101-1. I would strongly recommend getting one or two of the fish wires, as they really are a big help during the installation.

If you go to the product description for the Draw-Tite # 36425, the fourth small photo under the large main photo shows the actual hardware included with the hitch. The photo will enlarge if you click on it.
