The current Thule Hullavator part # TH898 requires bar space of approximately 28.5 inches so you'd need a rack with around 60 inch crossbars like the Malone Roof Rack part # MPG203 which is a confirmed fit for the raised rails of your 2015 Subaru Forester and comes with 65 inch long crossbars.
