Solution for Mounting Large Bike Tube to Cradles of Swagman S63400 2-Bike Rack
Question:
The bar on my Specialized bike is too wide to fit in the cradle. Do you know if they make a wider cradle or perhaps if a cradle from another brand would fit?

I may have a solution for you, however there is not a larger cradle available that is confirmed to fit your Swagman 2-Bike Rack # S63400.
In order to mount your Specialized bike to the cradles on the Swagman Rack, I recommend taking a look at an adapter bar like the Kuat # UB01. These are typically used for bikes that have a step-through frame to provide a horizontal attachment point for hanging-style racks like yours, but it can be used in your case to simply provide an alternative, compatible sized tube for the carrier's cradles.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this product so you can see exactly how it works.
Another option is to simply go with a different bike rack. I recommend looking into a platform-style carrier that will support the bikes by its wheels so you don't have to worry about the wide bar on your bike. I really like the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack # KU74FR, which will work with both 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch hitch receivers. The ratcheting hooks will hold the bikes by their wheels with no frame contact and the carrier can be tilted away from the vehicle for easy rear cargo access.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this carrier that you can take a look at.
