Tip for Hard to Thread Bolt when Installing Step Bars
Question:
Cannot get the Allen bolt for the front bracket in on my 2009 ford f150.

When installing nerf bars like the Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars # 23-1880 that you referenced we've found that the easiest way to get the bolts threaded initially is to start all of the bolts before tightening any of them down. This allows you to move the step around as needed so that you can get them all started. Once you get them all started you can then tighten the hardware.
