Does Trailer Vent Have Holes to Drain Water?

Question:

I have a ford transit connect and am thinking about putting this on both back side panel-windows to let some airflow when I sleep in it. Instead of putting it such that the vents are facing down, could I put it so that the vents are facing the rear? This will give me a more aerodynamic orientation and cause less wind noise when going 80mph down the highway. The one concern I have is that when it rains, is there a drain for water to escape in that orientation?

Sure, you can install the Trailer Vent # HMAV2-AVT2 facing the rear if you like to cut down the wind noise. And there are drain holes for water at the corners of the vent.

See the red arrow in the accompanying photo? That would be the drain hole for the rain water so it will be able to escape.
