The numbers you found on the baking plate for your electric brake assemblies do refer to 10 inch x 2-1/4 inch assemblies. You will also just want to verify the axle capacity on your trailer. Most likely you have a 3,500 pound axle, but you will want to check to make sure.
If you find that this is correct, I recommend the etrailer.com Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA. These 10 inch x 2-1/4 inch assemblies are designed for use with 3,500 pound axles and will fit 13 to 15 inch wheels. They are self-adjusting brakes, which means they won't require any periodic manual adjustments like standard units. You will just want to make sure that the 4 bolt pattern on the brakes match what you have on your existing mounting flanges. Both the Left Hand and Right Hand assemblies are included with this kit.
I have attached a couple short video demonstrations on these brakes that you can also check out.
