Brake Controller Wiring Harness Location on a 2011 GMC Acadia
Question:
The instructions for the Hopkins Agility controller doesnt match the colors on the 2011 GMC harness. The GMC harness has a blue, black, red / black, white and gray wire. the controller has a black, blue white and red wire. Which go to which?

From what I see, if your 2011 GMC Acadia has a factory installed 7-Way trailer connector, then all you will need to do is plug in the plug side of the wiring harness, # 3026-S, into the matching connector on the vehicle. It is located underneath the dash and to the left of the steering column. It will be taped to another harness close to the emergency brake pedal. The bare wire end gets connected to the brake controller by color.
White = ground
Black = 12 volt power
Blue = output
Red = brake light
