Eilliptigo actually recommends some specific bike racks for their bikes. For a hitch mount they recommend the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider for recumbents # HR1000Z-R. This rack will work with 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch hitches so no matter which one is on your Explorer this rack will fit.
