For your class C motorhome on a Ford E-450 chassis I recommend using the Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer part # RM-RBK24-RSSC. The stabilizer attaches to the motorhome's steering mechanism and works to help you maintain control of your motorhome in crosswinds, rut tracking, road edging or a tire blowout. It comes with everything you need for installation and is made in the U.S.A.
If you need help with installation then you can take a look at the video I have attached for you.
