We do have a number of wiring adapters that will allow connecting 50 amp devices to a 30 amp outlet at an RV park. You are correct though that plugging your 50 amp RV into a 30 amp power source will likely limit the amount of appliances you can have running at the same time.

The closest option we have available for allowing you to have a bit more power is with the Camco Power Grip RV Power Maximizer # CAM55025. This adapter features a 50 amp female plug at one end that will connect to your RV's 50 amp plug. At the other end is both a 30 amp male plug and a 15 amp male plug. Plugging both of these ends into the appropriate outlets at the RV park will give you 45 amps of combined power. This isn't quite the full 50 amps that would be ideal, but it is the best option we have available.

I have attached a short video demonstration on this adapter that you can also check out.
