Best Bike Rack Recommendation for Electra Townie with Fenders

Question:

I own a Chevy Equinox and have an Electra Towne with Fenders bike. What is the best type of bike rack for me. Also where do you get the hitches put on your car and do they come with the pin that is needed.

For bikes with fender the best type of bike rack is a platform rack that grabs the top tube of the bike to secure it.

For that I really like the Thule DoubleTrack Pro XT part # TH92BJ. This will securely and easily secure your Electra Townie and will be also very easy to load and unload. Unlike other platform bike racks this one is lighter weight at 32 lbs too.
