In order to mount a women's bike, or any bike with a frame that does not have a horizontal mounting point, to a hanging bike rack such as the Thule Passage # TH910XT you need to use an adapter bar.
The Thule Bike Adapter Bar for Women's and Alternative Frame Bikes # TH982XT attaches to your bike's handlebar stem and seat post, giving the bikes a horizontal mounting point so they can be used on a hanging rack.
