Suspension Enhancement for 2018 Ford F-450 Super Duty

Question:

Etrailer says compatible with 2018 F450 4x4 but Airlift website says not compatible with 2018 DRW models. Cant imagine what would change from 2017 to 2018. Any experience with them fitting 2018 F450? Thanks!

You are correct that Air Lift specifies the # AL88399 cannot be used on dual rear wheel models, which is what the 2018 Ford F-450 pickup has standard so they would not work for your truck.

The best suspension enhancement for this truck is going to be the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit # SSA25; I checked with SuperSprings and this kit is a fit for your truck. This kit is a helper leaf spring which has different settings which allow you to choose the best one for your needs - a setting for increased support for a constant load, a setting that maintains original conditions and will not affect unloaded ride, or a balance of the two.
