The Yakima FullBack, part # Y02634, is confirmed to fit for your 2016 Honda CR-V unless it is the touring model. If your CR-V is a touring model, then there is not a trunk mounted bike rack that will work for you.
Instead, I recommend installing a trailer hitch like the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75742. This will allow you to have multiple choices of bike racks like the Thule Camber Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting # TH9058, for example.
Whichever rack you use on your Honda you'll probably need a bike frame adapter bar like the Swagan Deluxe, part # 64005, if you're carrying any women's or children's bikes. It installs between the seat post and handle bar stem to create a horizontal crosstube like a men's bike usually has. This way the bikes will hang level on the bike rack.
