Troubleshooting Electric Tongue Jack Not Receiving Power After Replacing Fuse
Question:
Tung jack travel trailer Flipped switch up and down to fast and blew inline fuse. Replaced fuse and still no power to light or lift. Confused??

It sounds like the switch on your electric tongue jack might have been damaged as well when the fuse blew. You can test this by simply bypassing the switch and connecting the wires directly to your power source. There will be one power wire to the motor to extend the jack and another one to retract. Also make sure you connect the ground wire to the frame. This will let you know if just the switch is bad or if there is something going on with the jack itself.
