Can Firestone Red Label Air Bags Withstand Rough Terrain in an Oil Field
Question:
Hello i work in the oil field and the road are really bad inwas wondering if the bag would resist all the off road terrain. They would be working on lease road that might look like a river bed so i was wondering if they would last for this kind of work?

Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2710 are pretty tough. I would not be too worried about the occasional rock but long pointy things like branches could puncture an air bag. But I imagine that you are traversing this rough terrain carefully and not driving fast so I would not be all that worried about the air bags under those conditions. You will want to follow the routine maintenance outlined in the owner's manual for the air bags to ensure they stay in tip top shape considering your line of work!
