In order to determine if 3 golf bags would fit in the GearDeck 17 Enclosed Cargo Carrier, # H00604, you would need to measure the bags and compare them to the internal dimensions of the carrier. I have provided these measurements of the carrier. The inside of the GearDeck is 46-1/2" long x 24" wide x 25" tall
The carrier has a 420-pound capacity which should be more than enough for 3 golf bags and clubs provided they fit the above dimensions. I have included a link to a video review and a link to the installation details for you.
