Does P3 Brake Controller Display Stay On All the Time

does the light always stay on ? The one that says hit any button.

The P3 brake controller # 90195 will stay lit unless the vehicle is turned off and the controller does not sense any activity for 15 minutes. Then it will go into a power saving mode and the display turns off.

When installed and the vehicle on the controller will tell you whether or not a trailer is connected. If you use the manual override lever without a trailer connected it will give you the no trailer connection message.

The wording Press Any Key to Continue should go away once you have pushed one of the buttons.
