Helper Springs for a 2018 Ram 2500 with Factory Air Suspension

Question:

This particular Air bag along with the non-air filled overload springs do not indicate that they are NOT compatible with the factory air suspension on the Ram 2500. Can you confirm that they are in fact compatible? Also, what makes the other units such as the Firestone Red Label incompatible? Is it the width of the product when compressed? Or is there more to it, such as compressibility or somthing else that Im not seeing?

If your 2018 Ram 2500 has the factory 4-corner air suspension system then none of the aftermarket air bag systems are recommended. It is my understanding that the two systems will interfere with each other physically and/or functionally. You could use # SSR-312-54 since it just mounts to the bottom of the frame.
