The Hopkins Rear View Camera with Backup Sensors, part # HM60195VA, will attach to the 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan, behind the rear license plate. I am including a link to a video review on the backup camera and of the backup system being installed on a vehicle.
I looked up a VMI wheelchair conversion van and it looks like the conversion is mainly on the passenger side of the van and the floor area. If the license plate location on the rear of the vehicle has not been modified, the Hopkins backup camera will be able to be installed on your vehicle.
