It sounds like you are looking to convert a US style 7-Way to a European style 7-Way so that you can connect to your trailer that is equipped with the European connector. The European 7-Way essentially does the same thing that a US 4-Way does. Unfortunately, there isn't an adapter available to connect the two styles, as the European 7-Way has separate circuits for nearly every function on each side of the trailer. A US style 4- or 7-Way has combined brake lights and turn signals.
Your best option may be to simply replace your US style 7-Way to a European connector. We do not currently have one available, but you will need a European style, vehicle-side 7-Way, along with a special converter that separates the combined signals to separate ones.
First you will remove the 7-Way connector on your vehicle, leaving the wires where they are. Using a circuit tester like # PTW2993, you will need to identify the left turn signal/brake light wire and the right turn/brake light wire. The left side wire will connect to the yellow input wire on the converter # 118158, while the right turn/brake light wire will go to the green input wire. The white ground on the converter is for ground. The running light wire will just bypass the converter.
Then, on the output side of the converter, red will be brake lights only, green is for right turn only, and yellow is for left turn only. Simply wire up the new European 7-Way on your vehicle accordingly.
