Does Adjustable Seat Quick Release Nee to be Removed to Use the Yakima Tube Top Bike Adapter Bar

Does the quick release adjustment of the seat needs to be replace by a nut and bolts?

The Yakima Tube Top Bike Adapter Bar # Y02531 can be used on your bike if it has the quick release seat adjustment. We actually have a picture of us installing it this way on one of our bikes! (see attached photo) Really the only time this would be an issue is if your quick release lever wasn't very reliable.
If you would like to replace it with a nut and bolts anyways just for peace of mind then there is no harm in that either.
