Trailer to Carry 14 Foot Fishing Kayak with a 2017 Subaru Outback
Question:
Hi. I want a 14 foot trailer to haul a pretty heavy fishing kayak 14 foot Hobie. I have a 2017 Subaru Outback 2.5. Could you help point me to a reasonably priced trailer I could comfortably haul? I’ll only be putting 500 pounds or so pounds on the trailer.

Your best option is the CE Smith trailer # CE48810. This trailer is rated for 800 pounds and you can load just about any type of watercraft on it including a kayak. I have linked a video review of this trailer for you.
There are less expensive trailers, specifically # K2MMT4X6, but it would be awkward to load and secure a kayak to it.
