Since the roof of your 2008 Ford Cargo Van would not have ducts already setup for an AC system you'd have to go with an AC setup that is designed for duct-less vehicles like the Advent Air Rooftop RV Air Conditioner # ACM150CH which would work well.
It comes with the needed components to install the AC unit plus the interior components that mount on the ceiling that allow you to operate the system.
