Recommended Trailer Brake Controller and Installation Parts for 2017 Ram 1500

My ram did not come with the oem Electric break but has everything else what do I need to purchase in order to run the OEM

In a 2017 Ram 1500 pickup you can install a quality aftermarket trailer brake controller like the Prodigy P2 # 90885 or the P3 # 90195 (the one I recommend) using the wiring adapter part # 3024-P that plugs in between the controller and the port under the dash.
