In my opinion, the best trunk mount bike rack that is available for the 2011 Toyota Venza is the Thule OutWay 2 bike rack, # TH45JV. What makes this bike rack rise above the others is the fact that it is so light, only 13 pounds, and has several useful features. These include rubber coated staps (only 2 instead of the normal 6 from other racks) and an integrated cable lock.
The narrow arms will accommodate many different styles of bikes, but for women's, children's, and alternative frame bikes I still recommend using a Bike Adapter Bar, # TH982XT in order to carry the bikes more level.
According to Thule, you should only use the 2 bike version as the vehicle is unable to support the weight of 3 bikes.
