I am needing to replace the axle on my trailstar Tandem axle trailer. Will you be able to figure out which axle I need if I provide you with my serial # ?

With the serial number we might be able to track down what you need. Also we don't have an extensive line of trailer axles at this time so we may not have what you need. To pick out the correct axle though you'll need to measure from hub face to hub face and then from the spring seat centers. You will also need to know what bolt pattern you have on your current hubs. I attached a help article on how to determine this as well. You might have 58 inches between the center of the spring seats based on what you listed like the part # 20545I-EZ-72-10.
I also attached a link to a page with all of the axles we carry. You'll also need to know the capacity your trailer needs. With that info we can see what axle would work best and also what springs you'd need.
