To determine if the Dexter E-Z Flex Heavy Duty Rubber Suspension System # K71-652-00 will work well to replace your existing equalizers, you will just want to take a few measurements on your current units. These equalizers are designed for tandem axle applications with a 33 inch axle spacing, but if your current equalizers feature the same bolt hole spacing of 5-1/4 inches to 6-1/4 inches, these will work great.
I have attached an image with this dimension labeled that you can also check out. I have also attached an installation video for this system that you can use for reference.
