I do have a similar option for you but we do not currently carry the STKUSA Hitch Cargo Carrier part 26502. Instead, I recommend the Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier part # M2200 which is a very similar cargo basket will tall side walls. This basket has overall dimensions of 48-3/4" long x 24" wide x 22" tall and weighs around 54 lbs. It will fit a 2" trailer hitch receiver and the walls can be folded down for access to the rear cargo area while not in use. You will need at least 4" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the outer edge of the bumper on your vehicle in order for this carrier to work for you.
Please note that although the basket may have a 450 lb or 500lb weight capacity, the tongue weight capacity of your 2013 Ford C-Max will almost certainly be less and this will be the figure you need to abide by. I have attached a review video on the above carrier for you as well.
