Can Rampage Wireless Backup Camera # RA7710 Be Used When Charging

Will this camera work when it is being charged? Do you have a live video from this camera like from inside a horse trailer or the back of a camper?

Due to how the Rampage Wireless Backup Camera # RA7710 charges (through a USB cable), you wouldn't be able to have it installed in a horse trailer or at the back of a camper and have it be charging. It can't be used while charging.
