The GearSpace 34 Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitch # HGK826 basically just requires you have a 2 inch hitch installed on the vehicle and then to control the taillights of the carrier you'd need to have a 4-way installed as well.
So for your 2011 Toyota Sienna you'd want the Draw Tite trailer hitch # 76112 which has plenty of capacity and a concealed crosstube which makes it easier on the eyes.
Then for trailer wiring you'd want the T-One kit part # 118498 which is a confirmed fit as well.
