Recommended Tire Covers for 255/80R-22.5 Tires on 2016 Suncruiser 38Q

Question:

Have a 2016 Suncruiser 38Q with 255 80R 22.5 Michelin Tires. Tire diameter measures just under 37.5 inches so I think the 36-39 size will fit. Looking at the snap ring version Item # ST7004WH. Concerned about fit on my front tires as the hub cap protrudes nearly 5 inches. Do I need to order a different size for the front. Could you provide size recommendation for both front and back.

Your 255/80R-22.5 tires measure 38.6 inches in diameter and are 10" wide. The SnapRing TireSavers Tire Covers # ST7004WH is designed to fit tires between 36" and 39" in diameter, and going to the next size up may not make them tight enough around your tires. The Tire Covers # ST7004WH will fit around your tires but the protruding hub caps will probably make it so the bottom of the cover does not go all the way to the ground.

A better option may be the Adco Ultra Tyre Gard RV Wheel Covers # 290-3949 which are for 40" - 42" diamter tires but allow you to slip them over and tighten with bungee ball cords, which should give you rrom to use with your large hubcaps.
