I highly recommend going with the Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit # 3109-1 on your 2004 Chevy Trailblazer. Roadmaster specializes in flat-towing parts and have proven to be high-quality and reliable; to install these base plates along with your Aventa II, you will need Tow Bar Adapter # RM-033 and Quick Disconnect Kit # RM-201.
