Troubleshooting Left Turn Signal of Trailer Wiring Not Functioning
Question:
Left turn signal does not work on trailer behind F150. Test light connected to 4 way shows it works but if you connect a full sized build it will not light.

Most likely the ground of the light not working is insufficient and by improving that you'll get the light to function like it should as this is a common problem with this as the solution.
A lot of trailer lights ground through the mounting hardware. So it could be just as simple as cleaning up the contact point with the assemblies and the trailer. Or you can run a jumper wire from the ground of the assembly to the main ground harness of the trailer.
