Will There Be Enough Clearance to Install a Swagman Trailhead Bike Rack on a 2007 Toyota Rav4

Will this fit on a Toyota Rav4 4 mode year 2007 withour an extension for the hitch

The distance from the center of the hitch pin out to the furthest point of your spare tire will be 7 inches. Check out the hitch installation video I attached that shows this measurement at the 1:30 mark of the video.
The Swagman Trailhead 2 Bike Carrier # S63360 that you referenced has a distance of 14-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin to the nearest upright bar of the rack. So you should have a distance of 7-1/2 inches of clearance.
