Will Mounting Kit for Thule Flat Top Rooftop Ski and Snowboard Racks 7533998 Fit Square Bars

I have the old square bar style that uses the square bracket and screw with the 3 wing part to attach the flat rack to my square bar. Can this part work with a square bar?
