The 2017 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 could have came from the factory either with or without a rear anti-sway bar. If you do not have the factory rear anti-sway bar then in order to install the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar part # RM-1209-128 you would also need the Retro-Fit Kit for Dodge Sprinter Van part # RM-590064-00.
I spoke to my contact at Roadmaster and unfortunately they were not able to confirm if drilling is required or not due to the lack of testing. The only thing you would need to drill if at all is two holes into the side of the frame in order to mount the end links on the anti-sway bar.
