You can mount a women's bike on the Hollywood Racks Road Runner # HR400. If it has a horizontal cross tube like a traditional men's bike does then you should be good to go. Otherwise a bike adapter like part # HRBA-PRO should be used to help keep the bike level and increase ground clearance. This is the same for kid's bikes or bikes with alternative frame styles.
