Are Trailer Leaf Springs Typically Longer than Distance Between Suspension Hangers
Question:
do the center to center distance on the bushing of leaf springs have to be the same distance as the center to center distance on the bolt holes of the trailer. trailer capacity 3000-3500 lbs.

Typically the leaf spring bolt hole to bolt hole dimension will be a bit longer than the distance between the suspension hangers. This accomodates for the shackle that attaches the spring to the hanger which angles out and away.
