Fireplace Compatibility with Factory Cabinet in Trailer Based on Measurements

Question:

I would just love to know how much space you need between the unit itself and the back wall when dropped into a cabinet. Our measurements are28Lx20h and 8in deep. And could you recommend which one of your fireplaces would fit this the best. Thank You!

For your cabinet dimensions, I recommend the 26" Greystone Electric Fireplace with Remote Control # 324-000065. It has overall dimensions of 28" wide x 6-3/4" deep x 21-1/4" tall. The cutout needed for the unit measures about 24-1/4 wide x 6" deep x 20-1/2 inches tall. I've attached a video to assist.

This is going to be the best fit for your cabinet, but you will still need to do some slight adjustment on the height. People do these retro fits all the time and there is normally a little tweaking needed like this for a fit. The 8 inches deep to the wall will be enough space for there not to be any issue.
