If I mount a cargo box on this and put cargo in the box for a total weight of the 300 lb capacity, how easy does it slide out?

If you have the Let's Go Aero TwinTube U-Build-It Slide-Out Hitch Rack # HMK901 loaded up with 300 pounds then it will be fairly difficult to slide it in and out. The tubes aren't on rollers they are just steel tubes that slide over other steel tubes. You would likely have to lift up while pushing/pulling. Some lubrication would help.
