What Prevents Persistent Trailer Sway
Question:
I am having severe trailer sway issues with my current setup. F250/2005 4x4 diesel. Camper is a 2014 25’ Hideout. GVWR 7700#. Any suggestions on a better set up to eliminate the sway.

WD systems are great at minimizing sway from passing semi trucks and high winds but they are not designed to prevent persistent sway as that's a loading problem. You need to get as much weight forward in the trailer as you can as it sounds like your tongue weight is too low. You also want to make sure your trailer is sitting as level as possible and that your trailer suspension is not worn out. Also you can check to make sure your tires are inflated to the max psi for them that is on the sidewall of the trailer.
