Is Box Spring Needed with Denver Mattress Rest Easy Plush RV Foam Mattress

When we lift our bed to store items under it, will it allow our hydraulic lifts to stay up on their own and is it more comfortable than what came with ou rv

Depending on how your bed lift is set up you may need a box spring underneath the Denver Mattress Rest Easy Plush RV Foam Mattress - 75" Long x 60" Wide - Short Queen # DE29ZR that you referenced. If the lift has a support that supports all of the mattress then one would not be needed.
I don't know what mattress you have currently but I can almost guarantee this mattress will be much more comfortable.
