Is Thule Raceway Pro Compatible With The 2016 Hyundai Sonata

I am looking to purchase a trunk bike rack for my 2016 Hyundai Sonata. Your website lists the Yakima Fullback/Halfback as fitting options, but not the Thule Raceway Pro. I like better the features of the Raceway Pro, and seems to use a similar attachment method to the Yakima: Is there a particular reason why the Raceway Pro is not recommended for the Sonata? Is it actually safe to use with my car?

The reason that the Thule bike racks are not compatible with the 2016 Hyundai Sonata is because the vehicle does not support all of the mounting location options of the Raceway Pro, which can result in an uneven fit or any further major issues.

If you like the Raceway Pro then here is the Yakima equivalent, the Yakima FullBack 3 Bike Rack # Y02633.

When installing, place the upper strap hooks at the top edge of trunk, hatch lid, or rear door. The Outer/Lower support frame rests on the lower portion of the license plate, below the numbers. Place the lower strap hooks at the bottom edge of the trunk, hatch lid, or rear door. The weight limit for 3 bikes is 90 lbs.
