I do have a light kit for your 2018 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk but unfortunately the Wiring Kit with Bulbs # RM-155 that you referenced is not confirmed to fit.

Instead I recommend going with the Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. You install this by splicing into the wiring on your Jeep but the difference is that you don't have to modify your tail light assemblies. This kit features a 6-Way to 7-Way cord that connects directly to the 7-Way on your motorhome (see attached installation video).

For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. Let me know if you are missing any of these components and I can make some additional recommendations.
