The best way to know your exact parts you need for replacement is to take the hubs and bearings apart so you can give us the exact inner and outer bearing numbers so we can find the replacement parts. We want to avoid giving you part that otherwise would not fit.
For example you advised me that your have a 2007 trailstar tracker trailer. 4.5. 5 lug. If by 4.5 you mean that your axle capacity is 4.5k lbs. Your bearing could be # 603049.That bearing has a inner diameter of 1.781" and outer diameter of 3.063".
Or do you mean your wheel is a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern?
I have a help article that tells how to Take off the Wheel, Disassemble the Hub and Inspect the Race.
